A Billing System Password is a 4-digit PIN you’ll be asked to provide when calling Customer Service or resetting your online account. This code is used to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized access.
To change your Billing Password:
- Go to the My Profile page in My Verizon.
- Click Change Billing Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password, and then enter it again to confirm.
- Click Save.
You’ve successfully changed your Billing Password.

If you’re the Account Owner and you’ve forgotten your Billing Password, please call Customer Service.
