In your Apple iPhone go to Settings -> Mobile Service (Cellular) -> Mobile Data Network -> APN and enter the following details

Salt 5G APN

Salt uses the same APN on 5G as on 4G LTE. To use 5G, pick it in the phone network mode:
Samsung Galaxy: Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> Network mode -> 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect).
iPhone 12 or later: Settings -> Mobile Service -> Mobile Data Options -> Voice & Data -> 5G Auto.

Salt APN Tips

• Delete other old Salt APNs before you add the new one, then restart the phone.
• On iPhone, if Mobile Data Network is missing, the APN cannot be set by hand; install the latest carrier settings instead.
