There are Multiple ways to Check your Telkom Balance. You can choose anyone form the below.
- Check Balance USSD
Dial *188# and press ‘Send’.
Your balance will be displayed on the screen - Check Balance SMS
Send a blank SMS to 188.
You will receive the Balance as SMS - Mobile APP
Install the Telkom Mobile App from Android Play Store or Apple Store.
Login to the APP. Your Balance will be Displayed on the APP - Through Web Portal
Log in to My Telkom Web Portal
And select your account to view that specific balance. - IVR Menu
Dial 188 and follow the voice menu Option.
Landline Balance Check
