Globe and TM Balance Check Code


To check your Globe or TM load balance in the Philippines, dial one free code or use the GlobeOne app. Here is how to see your load, data balance and promo status, including while roaming.

Method 1: Globe Balance Check Code *143#

Dial *143# on your Globe or TM SIM.
The menu shows your load balance. It is free and works on any phone, for Globe Prepaid, TM and Globe Postpaid (billing details).

Method 2: Globe and TM Data Balance

Dial *143#, then choose MyAccount > Data Balance.
Or text DATA BAL to 8080. This text is free.

Method 3: GlobeOne App

Download the GlobeOne app from the Google Play Store or App Store and log in with your Globe or TM number.
The dashboard shows your load balance, remaining data and active promos.

Globe Balance While Roaming

Abroad, text ROAM DATA BAL to 8080 to check your roaming data. The *143# menu also works while roaming.

Code not working?

  • Type the code with every * and # and press call. On a dual-SIM phone, pick the Globe SIM.
  • If you see “connection problem or invalid MMI code”, restart the phone and dial again.
