NTC Balance Check Code and Number Check


To check your NTC (Nepal Telecom) balance, dial *400#. To find your own NTC number, dial *9#. Here are the codes for balance, data and package validity, your number and the SIM owner.

Method 1: NTC Balance Check Code *400#

Dial *400# on your NTC SIM to see your account balance. You can also call 1415.
The same code works while roaming.

Method 2: NTC Data Balance and Package Check

Dial *1415*55# to see your remaining data and package validity.
Dial *1416# for balance, package info and bonus data activation.
The NT app shows your usage in real time.

Method 3: NTC Number Check Code *9#

Dial *9# and your NTC mobile number is shown on the screen.
To check who the SIM is registered to, dial *922#.

Code not working?

  • Type the code with every * and # and press call. On a dual-SIM phone, pick the NTC SIM.
  • If you see “connection problem or invalid MMI code”, restart the phone and dial again.
