Telkom Kenya Balance Check Code

To check your Telkom Kenya bundle balance, dial *544# and open My account, or dial *131#. Here are the Telkom codes for data, SMS and call bundle balances.

Telkom Bundle Balance *544#

Dial *544# and choose My account to see your bundle balance.
You can also dial *131#, or log in at myaccount.telkom.co.ke.

Telkom SMS and Call Bundle Balance

SMS bundle balance: *131#
Call and international bundle balance: *144#

T-Kash Balance

Open the T-Kash menu, choose Check balance and enter your T-Kash PIN. The balance comes by SMS. T-Kash customer care: 160.

Code not working?

• Type the code with every * and # and press call. On a dual-SIM phone, pick the Telkom SIM.
• If you see “connection problem or invalid MMI code”, restart the phone and dial again.
