Use any one of the following method to check balance.

1. Check Balance Via SMS.
   You can send an SMS with the word “Balance” to 20202.
   You will receive the balance details as SMS
2. Check Balance via USSD Code
   Key *#10# then press the call button.
   Your balance will be displayed on your mobile screen.
3. Press Hotkey 2 on your mobile phone.
4. Via IVR
   Dial 4444 for free from your mobile and follow the instruction to listen to your balance.
5. Via Mobile APP.
   Install the O2 Mobile APP from Android Play Store or Apple Store
