Robi Balance Check Code and Internet Balance


To check your Robi balance in Bangladesh, use the My Robi app or the USSD codes below for internet, minutes, SMS and postpaid bill.

Method 1: Robi Internet Balance Check

Dial *3# to check your remaining internet (MB / GB) and its validity.

Method 2: Robi Minute and SMS Check

Minutes balance: *222*8#
SMS balance: *222*12#

Method 3: Robi Postpaid Bill and Credit Limit

Due bill: *1#
Available credit limit: *222*666#

Method 4: My Robi App (main balance)

Download the My Robi app from the Google Play Store or App Store and log in with your number.
The home screen shows your number, main balance, internet, minutes and SMS, and lets you buy packs.

Code not working?

  • Dial from the Robi SIM itself. On a dual-SIM phone, choose the Robi line when you press call.
  • If there is no reply, restart the phone and try again after the signal is back.
  • Roaming? Dial *222*4# for your prepaid balance while abroad.
  • For help, call Robi customer care at 121.
