   You can dial 150 from your BT Mobile and talk to the customer care executive.
2. IVR
   Dial the Automated system : 0800443311
   And follow the instructions to hear your balance.
3. Through Mobile APP
   You can install the BT Mobile App from Android Play Store or Apple Store.
   Login to the APP and you can find your Minutes left, Data Balance in the My allowances screen.
