To check your Smart or TNT load balance in the Philippines, dial *123# or open the Smart App. Both are free, with no load or data charge. Here are all the ways, plus the roaming code.

Method 1: Smart Balance Check Code *123#
Dial *123# on your Smart, TNT or Smart Bro Prepaid SIM.
Choose Bal:Svcs, then Balance. Your load balance is shown on the screen.
Method 2: Smart App
Log in to the Smart App with your Smart or TNT number and tap Check Usage on the home page.
You see your load, data, call and text balances and your active promos.
Method 3: MySmart Website
Log in at my.smart.com.ph. Register and link your number first; the account summary then shows your prepaid load balance.
Smart Postpaid and PLDT users can also see the account balance in the MyPLDTSmart app.
Smart and TNT Balance While Roaming
Abroad, dial *133# and choose option 2. Keep at least P1 load on the SIM to check your balance.
Code not working?
- Type the code with every * and # and press call. On a dual-SIM phone, pick the Smart SIM.
- If you see “connection problem or invalid MMI code”, restart the phone and dial again.
